Contact

One address, and no contact form.

Everything reaches [email protected]. A form either posts nowhere, which is dishonest, or posts somewhere and quietly collects an IP address and a browser fingerprint you never agreed to hand over. Email does neither, and it leaves you a copy of what you sent.

Commitments

What those numbers mean.

Five working days

A substantive reply, not an acknowledgement. If something needs longer we say so inside the five days and give a date.

One month

The period Article 12(3) of the UK GDPR sets for responding to a data subject request. Identity verification happens inside it, not on top of it. A refusal comes with written reasons and how to complain.

Security, same or next working day

A good faith report is never treated as hostile and never answered with a legal threat. Tell us before you tell anyone else and give us a reasonable window.

If we do not satisfy you

Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, telephone 0303 123 1113, ico.org.uk. There is no fee, you do not need a solicitor, and you do not need our agreement.

No telephone number

A practice this size cannot staff a line through working hours without either missing calls or pretending someone is there. Say in your first email if a call is genuinely needed and we will arrange one.
