TRYGG HEALTH LTD is a small software development and consultancy practice registered in England and Wales. This page sets out the one idea the work is built on, and the boundary we will not cross.
Not connected with Trygg.Health. There is a separate and unrelated UK company of a similar name working on clinical safety standards for health software. We have no relationship with it, no shared ownership and no shared personnel, and we do not work on clinical safety. If you were looking for them, you are on the wrong site.
The similarity is a coincidence of naming. This company is registered under company number 17061747, its registered activities are software development and management consultancy, and it has never worked in clinical safety. Neither company endorses or is responsible for the other.
The idea
The person who needs the record is never the person who wrote it.
Record systems get designed around the moment of entry. That is where the friction is felt, that is who complains, and that is who signs off the design. So the fields are quick to fill, the free-text box absorbs whatever does not fit, and the thing is judged a success.
The cost lands years later on somebody else. An auditor, a successor, a claims handler, a court. They arrive without the context that made the shorthand legible, and they discover that the record answers the question the author found easy rather than the one now being asked.
Designing from the retrieval end inverts that. You start by naming who will read this without you, what they will need to establish, and what they will not have. Then you work backwards to the fields. It produces a system that is slightly more annoying to fill in and dramatically more useful to inherit, and clients do not always want that trade.
Why the trade is worth naming out loud
Because it is a real cost, paid by the current user for the benefit of a future one, and a supplier who hides it is setting up an argument for month three. We would rather have the argument in week one.
Boundary
Where the name stops meaning anything.
The registered name contains the word health. The registered activities do not.
The company's SIC codes are 62012, business and domestic software development, and 70229, management consultancy activities other than financial management. Those are what it is registered to do and they are what it does.
Nothing here is a clinical service, a medical device, or clinical safety consultancy. We do not perform clinical risk management under DCB0129 or DCB0160, we do not hold the clinical safety officer role, and we would decline an engagement that required either. Those are regulated activities requiring qualifications the practice does not hold.
